Our membership team has recently received a high number of e-mails regarding registration for tournaments.
We are working after hours and we have even hired extra staff to take care of the increased volume of e-mails.
However, to make sure all young athletes will be able to compete, we are extending the tournament registration deadline for the Pan Kids until Monday February 4th.
So don’t worry, we will answer your e-mail soon and your kids will be able to compete.

Athletes affiliation and Academy registration deadline: 27/Jan/2013

All athletes must be properly affiliated for the current year.
All academies must be registered in order for its students to register in the competition.
    
All the documentation must be sent properly filled and signed as instructed on the e-mail received when soliciting your affiliation online. Athletes with pending and/or incorrect documentation won't be able to register for the tournament, as they need to have their request approved first.
