The athletes affiliated with IBJJF will have their graduation recognized by an official organization of the sport. This is an attempt from IBJJF to preserve the competitor's history as an athlete or Professor.

All Juvenile, brown and black belt athletes must be properly affiliated for the current year with IBJJF in order to register and fight at IBJJF Tournaments.
